Practice finding equivalent fractions. Multiply (or divide) the top and bottom by the same number to get an equal fraction.
Multiply the numerator and denominator by the same number. For example, 2/3 = (2×4)/(3×4) = 8/12.
Cross-multiply: a/b equals c/d when a×d = b×c. So 3/4 and 6/8 are equivalent because 3×8 = 4×6 = 24.
Cubles kits are geometry in your hands: nets, faces, edges and vertices that fold and click into a poseable 3D character. No scissors, no glue, about 15 minutes.
