Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely happy with your Cubles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • -Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • -Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • -Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • -Opened or partially assembled Cubles (due to the nature of the product).
  • -Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
  • -Gift cards.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at info@cubles.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  • -Email info@cubles.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • -We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  • -Ship the item(s) back in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
